Tuesday 5/14/13: CrossFit CSA WOD

Two sets, not for time, for quality, of:
Rope Climbs x 1 ascent
Handstand Holds x 10-30 seconds (against wall or freestanding)
L-Sit x 30 seconds (accumulate 30 seconds total, or straight through)

Rest, then…

Four sets for time of:
Run 200 Meters
135/95 lb. Shoulder to Overhead x 10 reps
Burpees Over the Barbell x 10 reps
Rest 3 minutes

*Kick it into high gear at the start of each round. Crush this. I might be hitting this at noon.
