Thursday 5/16/13: CrossFit CSA WOD

Workout of the Day

Four sets not for time of:
1) Kettlebell Swings x 20 reps
Rest :30 seconds
2) Wall Climbs x 2-4 reps
Rest 30 seconds
3) Weighted walking lunges x 12-16 reps
Rest 30 seconds
4) Dips x 10 reps
Rest 30 seconds
5) 1 Minute Max Singles, Double-unders, or Triple Unders
Rest 30 seconds


*Let feel dictate the load and speed of reps. Feel strong, go heavy and fast. Feel like working mechanics, keep it lighter and slower. Depending on your approach, this can be treated as a restorative day, or session filled with intensity and virtuosity if you so choose.
