A. (10 minutes)
Three sets, not for time, of:
Handstand Push-Ups x 6-12 reps
Bar Muscle-up x 3-7 reps
*if you do not yet possess the skill to execute either of these movements as RX’d, work on only one of the movements for the duration of portion A.
“Sage at 20″
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
20 Thrusters (95/65 lbs)
*original RX’d is 135/95, only attempt if your form is exceptional
