Monday 6/10/13: CrossFit CSA WOD

Continuing our Summer of PR’s…

“Angie”, for time:

100 Pullups

100 Pushups

100 situps

100 squats

All reps must be completed on a given movement before moving on to the next. You MUST have a judge/counter or video if you want your score to count for the Wall Of Fame. It is up to you to procure your judge for this event. There will not be enough time in a given 60 minute class to run two heats. If you cannot locate a judge, then you may videotape your workout by setting up your phone or taping device before beginning.

Saturday Challenge, “The Seven”.  I’ll be in the first heat @ 11:30. Due to the amount of equipment this takes up on the floor for each person, we’ll have to limit it to 5 people or so per heat. Who wants a shot at the title?

Seven rounds for time of:
7 Handstand push-ups
135 pound Thruster, 7 reps
7 Knees to elbows
245 pound Deadlift, 7 reps
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
7 Pull-ups
