Tuesday 6/11/13: CrossFit CSA WOD

A) 12 min EMOM:

2 x Clean & Jerks (Keep adding weight until form degrades)

Rest exactly 5 minutes, then….

B) 5 rounds for time of:

5 Clean & Jerks (135/95)

10 Burpees

*Score highest weight reached on the EMOM, and time of the workout. (ex: 165/7:23)
