Warm Up: Sled/ lower/ Mobility
Lift: 5RM Squat ( have fun with a special bar if you like)
Then.. 80% Amrap
Assst: 4 Rounds
10 Sumo Stiffy DL
10 Weighted Walking Lunges
5 Prowler Pushes- Add Weight each round
Finish With ABS of STEEL!
