Friday 6/14/13: Friday CrossFit CSA WOD

Well, the original plan was to go with “Chelsea” tomorrow, however due to the volume of palms still reeling from Monday’s bout with “Angie”, I’ve decided to push Chelsea to next week, and I’m switching tomorrow’s WOD to …..


Five rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
30 Box jump, 24 inch box
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

*As the board gets more and more full, I will be adjusting our commitment of a “girl” WOD on Mondays & Fridays, and a “Hero” WOD on Wednesdays. In the interest of fitting some movements in so the week can be well-rounded, I’ll now schedule benchmark WODs with a little more latitude. You may be doing a “girl” WOD on Wednesday, we may do two “hero” WODs that week if it jives better with our program.
