Warm Up: Sled/Lower/ Banded Good mornings x20
Lifts: 5×5 Squat * add a very Small Increment of weight to what you used on Monday (5-10lbs only)
5×5 Dead Lift @ 60%
Then… Prowler Punishment
5 Rounds
2 Prowler “Sprints”
10 Wall Ball
10 back extensions
10 GHD sit ups
