Three sets, not for time, of:
Handstand Walk x 15-20 meters
High Box Jump x 5
(Go as High as you can. Step down between reps)

Short rest, then….



  • Run 400 meters
  • Max rep Pull-ups

*Score is total number of Pull-ups completed
