Warm Up: Bands/Moblity *Bandy walks,GM, Face Pulls etc…
Lifts:
Squat 5×5 *add a small increment of weight from the last squat
Bench 5×3 * do the same
Then..
-50 Heavy DB Rows (ea. arm)
-40 Stiff Leg Sumo DL
-30 Dips
-20 Chin Ups
-10 Pistols (ea. leg)
