Warm Up: Bands for legs and upper body
Lifts:
5×5 Squat *add a small increment from mondays squat
5×3 Power clean @ 65%
Then:
Push Ups 3×15
Heavy KB Swing 3×50
Heavy Sled Drags/Pulls 5x 1 min on 1 min off
100 Sit ups
