Lift: Squat 5×5 * add some weight since the last one
Bench 5×3 * add some weight here too – or change reps to a 5×5 and use the previous weight

15 Bent over row

15 GHD Sit Ups

15 STRICT Reverse Hypers- head in line with the spine-NO SWINGING MOMENTUM ( this may entail lighter weights 😉
