Power WOD 7/3/13

Warm Up: Sled – Lower
Lifts: Squat 5×5 ( add some weight)
DeadLift- 5×1 ( 5 singles at the same weight) add weight fromt the last DL day
then… GHR 3×10
GHD 5×10
5 Prowler Sprints *rest 1 minute between sprints ** Roll up door to Roll up door and back=1sprint
