10 min skill practice:
5 rounds for time of; 1 min rest in between.
50 Double-Unders (or 100 singles)
25 Air Squats
200 Meter 5 rounds for time of; 1 min rest in between.
Rest 60 seconds, repeat for a total of 5 cycles
This was the PR Board for June. I wiped it clean and already some PR’s are going up for July! This board is to remind you that we dont gater here simply to just “workout”. We’re here to accomplish things you never have before, as well as things you never thought you could. When you do, you deserve your name up in lights.
