Power WOD 7\15\13

Warm Up: Sled Lower/Upper
Lifts: Squat 5×5
Bench 5×5
Asst: Chin UPs 3xF ( weight if you can)
Dips 3xF * do these back to back no break- then rest before you do them back to back again

Walking Lunges 3×20
Box Jumps 3×20 ( same rules as the chin up/dips)
Cash OUT: 100 Hollow Rocks/100 Arch Rocks
