Thursday 7/18/13: CrossFit CSA WOD

Four sets of:
Deadlift x 5 reps (heavy as you can with good mechanics, straight back)
Rest 20 seconds
Wall Climbs x 4 reps
Rest 3 minutes

B. Four rounds of:
:45 max strict pull-ups or 1-arm dumbbell rows or ring rows
:15 rest
:45 max Barbell or Dumbell press
:15 rest
:45 max Push-ups
:75 rest; then repeat round
