Press x 8-10 reps (barbell or dumbbell)
Rest 30-60 seconds
weighted Lunge walk steps x 20 reps (barbell or dumbbell)
Rest 30-60 seconds

B.
Five sets for time of:
12 pistols
400m run

Rest 2 minutes
