Three sets of:
Farmer Lung Walk x 20 steps (choose challenging weight)
Rest 60 seconds
Dumbbell Press x 8-10 reps (choose challenging weight)
Rest 60 seconds

Four rounds for time of:
Thrusters x 10 reps (choose chalenging weight)
400 Meter Run
