med ball push up
Med Ball Mania!!!
WOD: 20 min AMRAP
5-10-15-20-25-30-35…..(working reps up in increments of 5)
Med Ball Push ups
Med Ball Sit ups
Med Ball Squats
*800m Med Ball Run between every set
Scaled Version:
5- MB push ups
10-MB sit ups
15-MB Squats
400m Run
20 min amrap
*** If another scale is needed..NO WORRIES!! Just show up and Ill be happy to help get you moving :)
