8/6/13: CrossFit CSA WOD

Strength work: Complete A & B BEFORE moving on to C. I want you to give full attention to the mechanics of the Overhead Squat.

A) KB reverse lunges (53′s/35′s) 4 x 12

B) Shoulder press (choose weight; BB or DB’s) 4 x 12

C) Overhead Squat 3 sets of 4; 3 sets of 2; 3 sets of 1

*Try to progress in weight and mechanics with each set.
