A) 1-Rep MAx Deadlift within 25 minutes.

*Play the game, the clock will start and you only have 25 minutes, MAX. ANY lift performed after the 25 min time cap will not count.

B) 10 rounds for time of: 12 min time cap

7 Burpees

7 Knees to Elbows
