A.
Four sets of:
GHD Sit-ups x 15
Rest 15-20 seconds
Parallettes or Matador or Ring Dips x 10-15 reps

B.
Five sets for max reps of cleans against a 3-minute running clock, with 2 minutes of rest between sets (25 minutes total):
Run 200 Meters
Squat Cleans – Beginner athlete (45/33) Intermediate (95/65) Experienced (135/95 lbs)
