Friday 8/16/13: CrossFit CSA WOD

Four sets of:
Barbell or Dumbbell Shoulder Press x to failure (min. 10 reps)
Rest 60 seconds
Heavy Sled sprint 100m
Rest 60  seconds
Bench Press x to failure (min. 10 reps)
Rest 60 seconds
250m Row Sprint
Rest 60 seconds; repeat

*You’re given some latitude with your weights here. Just be sure to go til failre on the presses, choose a challenging weight to place on the sled, and give me a MAX EFFORT ROW, and this will be a fruitful day.
