Take 15 minutes to build to today’s 1-RM Jerk (any shoulder to Overhead will count)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
Kettlebell Snatch (53/35) x 10 reps
Toes to Bar x 10 reps

C. AFTER PARTY: For max calories, 5-minute Row or Airdyne
