Thursday 8/22/13: CrossFit CSA WOD

Skill: 8 minutes to work on your gymnastic goat-

HSPU’s or 40 double unders or muscle ups or bar muscle ups or toes to bar or handstand walks

Strength: 30 minutes Deadlift

7 sets of 5 (work to the heaviest weight possible)

After Party: 4 x 100m sled sprints. Moderate weight
