- 2 Rope Climbs
- 12 x GHD Sit-ups
- 20 x Walking Plate Lunge 45/25
- 12 x Box Jump Overs (choose height)

*Partner A will perform the rope climbs, then partner B will do the GHD sit-ups, Partner A performs the 20 walking lunge… keep alternating back and forth like this for 20 minutes, completing as many rounds and reps as possible.
