Option A:

OHS 2-2-2-2

Front Squat 3-3-3-3

Back Squat 4-4-4-4


Option B: Hill Run, 80% effort

*It’s been a challenging week. Lets take a break from the speed and do what feels good for your body. Either slow it down and lift some weights, or go for a nice medium-paced run.
