Tuesday 9/3/13: CrossFit CSA WOD

Four sets of:
Shoulder Press x 8-10 reps (heavy as possible)
Rest 1-2 minutes

14 min AMRAP of:
Max Double unders
*Top of every 2 minutes (7 times); 5-3-1 reps of:
Thrusters (95/65)

(at 3..2..1..GO!, you complete 5 thrusters, 5 pull-ups, 3 thrusters, 3 pull-ups, 1 thruster, 1 pull-up, then max double unders for the rest of that two minute period. You will repeat this process every two minutes, totaling 7 rounds, only scoring the number of double unders you complete.)
