Workout of the Day (22 total minutes)

A.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
10 Box Jumps (24″/20″ – open hips on box)
10 Shoulder to Overhead (choose weight; advanced should aim for 155/105)

Rest exactly 2 minutes, and then . . .

B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
Max Double Unders

Rest exactly 2 minutes, and then . . .

C.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

10 Box Jumps (24″/20″ – open hips on box)
10 Shoulder to Overhead (choose weight; advanced should aim for 155/105)
