Wednesday 9/11/13: CrossFit CSA WOD

Come in and give your best in honor of the men and women who are members of our very gym that are linked to those men and women who laid down their lives 12 years ago today for so valiant a cause. Ladies and gentlemen of CSA who serve the public, I inadequately thank you for what you do. So proud to know you, and have you as an influence in my life.

A. accumulate
2:00 minutes holding L-sit in rings; or in parallettes; or in plank position)

B. Three rounds for time of:
Power Clean x 5 reps (use significant weight.)
Alternating Reverse Lunges x 10 reps
Double-Unders x 50 reps
