Lift: 5RM Anderson Squat From Pins (set about hip hight- or wherever you can keep a flat back- lift starts at the bottom of the squat from the pins)
Then,,, Amrap @70% x3
5 rounds
20 Alt. Pistols
20 Heavy Russian style KB swings
10 GHD sit ups
