Time trials!

Complete the following in any order within 40 minutes for max pts:

1) 3 min max rope climbs (1 climb = 3 pts.)

2) 3 min max Double Unders (10 reps = 1 pt.)

3) 3 min max calorie row (1 cal = 1 pt.)

4) 3 min max sit-ups (5 reps = 1 pt.)

5) 3 min max Wall Climbs (1 rep = 1 pt.)
