Warm Up: Sled Lower
Lift:15 x3 Speedy Banded Box Squats *rest 1 min between sets
(Go by feel to stay fast! These are NOT MAX EFFORT!)
Then… 5 Rounds
1 Prowler Push * to brick wall and back
12 KB Weighted Step Ups
12 GHR (*Glute and Ham Raise)* Banded if you can
