Spartan 300 WOD:
FOR TIME:
Run 300m : 30 V Ups
Run 300m : 30 Jumping Lunges
Run 300m : 30 Tuck Ups
Run 300m : 30 Staggered Push Ups
Run 300m : 30 Sit Ups
Run 300m : 30 Pull Ups
Run 300m : 30 Hollow Rocks
Run 300m : 30 Air Squats
Run 300m : 30 Arch Rocks
Run 300m : 30 Burpees
** By the end of this WOD you will have performed 300 reps of bodyweight movements and completed 3000m of running. All While gaining some Abs Of Steele!!
