Monday 9/30/13: CrossFit CSA WOD

A) Three sets, not for time but for quality, of:
Weighted Dips (Rings or Stationary) x failure
GHD Sit-Ups x 15-20 reps

B) For time:

Run 800 Meters and 25 burpees,
and then, 5 rounds of:
135/95 lb Hang Squat Cleans x 5 reps
Double-Unders x 40 reps
