Tuesday 10/01/13: CrossFit CSA WOD

A.
Three sets of:
Bac Squat x 4-5 reps
Immediately followed by:
Kettlebell Swings x 10-15 reps
(choose a heavy weight with which you can still maintain an explosive swing)
Rest approx 3 minutes between sets

B.
For time:
8 Bar Muscle-Ups OR Wall Climbs
12 Power Snatch (105/65 lb.)
16 Overhead Squats (105/65 lb.)
20 Alternating Dumbell or KB Snatches (50-70/25-40 lb.)
16 Overhead Squats (105/65 lb.)
12 Power Snatch (105/65 lb.)
8 Bar Muscle-Ups OR Wall Climbs
