10/02/13: CrossFit CSA WOD

In teams of two, with only one partner working at any time, complete:
300 Walking Lunge Steps
1200 (6 x 200) Meter Relay Run with Med Ball
100 Burpees

*During the relay run, each team member may only run 200m at a time then pass off the ball to their partner.

** If you participated in the team version of Tuesday’s 530 class, please feel free to divide the reps in half and complete this WOD as a single athlete.
