A.
Establish max effort 500m Row time (use the countdown method under the “select workouts” menu so it’ll track your exact score to the tenth of a second. your trainer should be able to help you with this)

B. EMOM: Every minute on the minute for 24 minutes
Even minutes  Burpees x 8
Odd minutes  Double unders x 25 reps

*If these are not difficult numbers for you to hit within a minute, it is important that you don’t do more reps, but rather SPRINT these reps each and every rounds.
