Warm Up: Sled Lower/ Cirlce Band Walk
Lift: 3RM Good Morning
* Use pins inside of rack for safety- use a spotter as it gets heavy! BUt this is NOT from the pins.
Asst: 3 Rounds:
100 m front rack lunge
10 reverse hypers
50 Sit ups
