Workout of the Day

Three sets of:
Dumbbell Walking Lunges x 20 steps
Rest 60 seconds
Strict Pull-Ups x Max Reps (or strict ring rows)
Rest 60 seconds
Max Plank Hold
Rest 60 seconds
200m run As fast as possible
Rest 60 seconds, repeat
