Workout of the Day
Partner “Rockie”-ish

In teams of two, compete for the best number of burpees in the following format:
200m run
Thrusters x 10 reps (115/75)
Max Burpees

2:30 on; :30 off- Repeat for a total of 12 alternating cycles for the team (36 minutes total)

*At the beginning of each round, BOTH teammates will run the 200 together, staying within arms reach of each other at all times. Upon returning from the run, Partner A will perform 10 Thrusters, then Partner B will perform Max number of burpees in the remaining time. Next round, Partner B does the thrusters, and Partner A performs max burpees. Keep alternating for 12 total rounds, switching post-run tasks each round.

Score is total burpees performed.
