Five sets of:
Push Press x 3-5 reps

Rest 2 minutes between sets, go heavy

Five rounds for time of:
Clusters x 5 reps ; Choose your weight(Squat Clean-Thrusters)
Pull-ups x 10 reps
Double-Unders x 20 reps
