Five sets of:
Shoulder Press x 2-3 reps; heavy as possible

18 minute AMRAP, of:
Overhead Walking lunge 45/25 x 12 steps
Run 200m
Max NO PAUSE Push-ups

*Score is total ┬áNO PAUSE push-ups. Chest to deck, to lockout, planked position, with no pause. Once you pause in any manner whatsoever, you must begin from the beginning and begin with the overhead walking lunges again…
