DB Hammer curls x failure

B) For time:

Row 1000m

150 Double Unders

*Isolation exercises are not typically endorsed within the CrossFit program. However, it can be a fun way to mix up your training, as well as a facilitator for improving overall strength when mixed in well to an overall functional program.
