A.
Three sets of:
Shoulder Press x 5 reps (heavy barbell or DB’s)
Good Mornings (pvc) x 10 reps
Sit-ups x 15 reps

B. Four Rounds for time, of:
KB Swings x 15 reps (choose weight)
Slam Balls x 15 reps (choose challenging weight)
KB Sumo high pulls x 15 reps
Goblet (your slam ball) Lunge Walk  x 20 Steps (Hands behind your head)
Rest 60 seconds
