Friday 11/15/13: CrossFit CSA WOD

A. Tabata Double Unders, 8 rds of :20 on; :10 off,  for max reps. Each athlete will have a counter, there will be two heats.

B. 20 min AMRAP of:

Run for max distance

You can run 1 or 2 800’s if you want, but around half way through begin running 200’s around the building so you’ll know exactly when time is up.
