Back, Front or Overhead

Work up to a pretty heavy double


8 min EMOM of:

3 Chest 2 Bar pull-ups

3 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24/20

with clock still running, begin following at 10:00 mark:

15-12-9 of:

C2B pull-ups

Burpee Box Jump Overs

*400m Run after each Round
