Warm Up: Row 500m/ Hip Circle walk/ Bandy Shoulder Pulls

Squat 5×5 -Add 5lbs to whatever you did on your last 5×5

Bench 5×5- Add 5lbs to whatever you did on your last 5×5

Then… 5 Rounds

10 Squat GM ( choose appropriate weight)

10 Bent Over BB Rows ( with Squat GM weight)

10 BB AB Rollouts ( with same bar)

10 Arch Rocks/10s hold on last one
