Warm Up: Sled/ upper/lower/mobility
Squat 5×5 (add 5 lbs from last 5×5)
Power Clean 5×3 ( 5 sets of 3 reps @ 50-60%)
Then ..
50 Weighted Step Ups
50 Front Squats @40%
50 GHD Sit ups
50 GHD Back Ext.
