TEAM WOD: Teams of 4
** Each person starts at a station and cannot move until the next person is finished
Station 1) Run 1 mile
Station 2) 75 burpees
Station 3) 200 Double Unders
Station 4) Row 1600m
Then.. as a team
Sandbag 1000m Run ( hand the sandbag off as you see fit)
